Which size should you choose?

It is important to note that the length of our Neck Pillow is the same no matter the size you purchase. The different sizing allows you to choose what pillow height you need/want for the tallest point of the pillow to be. 

We recommend measuring the distance from your neck to the outer part of your shoulder to compare to the dimensions of our pillows when deciding what would be best for you. Below is a chart that can help select which size might work for you.
